Zalo88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so. This decision may be made without prior notice in cases involving fraud or illegal activity.
If an account is closed at the player's own initiative without any breach of terms, the valid cash balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to the player within 7 working days. If closure occurs due to a breach, zalo88 reserves the right to withold any balance pending the completion of an investigation.
The zalo88 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We strive to keep the platform running smoothly and securely at all times, but cannot guarantee the absence of technical disruptions, software errors, or unplanned downtime.
Zalo88 is not liable for indirect losses, consequential losses, or loss of profits arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from access issues, technical failures, or unfavorable game outcomes.
Zalo88's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
